St. Louis has invented a bunch of candies and has promoted candies that became favorites in the USA. Today, St. Louis manufactures candy, distributes candy, and sells contemporary candy plus candy from days gone by. We have chocolatiers in town; we even have a guy who bleeds chocolate. We have places that sell supplies for candymakers, and places with classes for candymakers. This talk will cover the history of sweets and sweetmaking is St. Louis.
