Please complete and submit the following form for new and renewing membership. The membership year is October 1 through September 30.
Note: As of March, 2023 this form can also be used by current members to submit their agreement with the Club’s new “liability” policy.
Membership fees are currently $36 per year and can be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), cheque or cash (in special circumstances) and are due on the first day of October each year. If you are joining during the year, fees are pro-rated at the rate of $27 from March 1 and $18 from July 1.
Information on this form is used to compile a Club Roster, which is closely held and only available, on a need-to-know basis, to Officers of the Club, and those responsible for various mailing lists, and only for authorized Club purposes.
