Miami Whitewater Forest – Badlands Trail
Directions:
Take I-74 to the Dry Fork Road exit
Take Dry Fork Road north to West Road, then turn right
After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Timberlakes Drive, which takes you into the park
Follow Timberlakes Drive to the Timberlakes Shelter, parking lot on the left
We’ll meet in the parking lot
*NOTE: there is a $5 daily pass (per car) for Hamilton Co residents ($8 for non-residents) unless you have a 2026 Great Parks Motor Vehicle Permit
Description:
Badlands Trail is a nature trail (not paved and by no means flat!). There are stairs, hills, and gravel — all under a beautiful tree canopy. The trail is 1.7 miles
