Joint Hike with Columbus & Dayton PT

**no entrance fees for state parks in Ohio

**Signs on OH-370 direct you to the park entrance. Follow the road and after it curves to the left, turn into the first parking lot on the right (look for the yellow “walker/pedestrian” sign)

We will hike the North Rim Trail to the connector to the John L Rich Trail. We will hike down the connector, enjoy the view of the Little Miami River, and then hike on the Pittsburgh-Cincinnati Trail. We will hike up the connector trail back to North Rim Trail, thus completing the loop

These are nature trails (not paved and by no means flat!). The loop is a little over 3 miles with steps, exposed tree roots, rocks, descent into and ascent out of the gorge (a little bit steep but not too bad)

**My partner who had knee replacement surgery three months ago brought hiking poles and was glad he did.

It took us 2 hours to complete the loop
