TSPT Hike – Rentschler Forest

Rentschler Forest Park – Cascades, Tall Pines & Pumpkin Vine Trails

We’ll meet at the trailhead of the Cascades Trail (#10 on the park map on their website)

*NOTE: There is no fee to enter this Butler County park

Description:

All three trails are nature trails (not paved!).

There are some stairs, some easy hills, and a lot of tree roots and rocks protruding from the dirt, plus one swinging bridge (only 5 people allowed at one time!). The trails, which connect one to another for a combined 2 miles, are mostly under a tree canopy but occasionally go out into the open
