Primers Timers of Phoenix Annual Holiday Party

Included in the ticket price is two (2) free drink coupons, a raffle ticket for door prizes, dining and dancing to Jack and BJ

Members $45.00, Guest (non-Members) $75.00

Cocktails @ 5:30 PM with appetizers, Dinner @ 6:15 PM

We have added more appetizers will include cheese and crackers spreads, vegetable trays, and fruit platters.

This year there will be a prize drawn from each table, along with a few more prizes for some special games.  The meal will be a served buffet for hygienic purposes.

Choice of dinners; Fillet (F) (and how you want it prepared), Rosemary Chicken (C), Baked Salmon (S), Vegetarian (V) Chef’s choice.

The dinners include a salad bar, dinner rolls, Chef’s choice of vegetables, mashed potatoes, and a Chef-prepared dessert.

There is a dress code for the Holiday party.  No shorts, no sandals, no jeans.  Office casual at the very least.  Preferably dress pants and shirts.

I work for a company called DocGo Mobile Health, which has been partnering with the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Maricopa County Health Department to provide a number of vaccinations to the public at no cost to the patient.
We have been running a clinic on Fridays at Off Chute Too offering mpox (monkeypox,) Hep A, COVID and flu vaccines. We’ve been trying to broaden our outreach to as much of the community as possible and Patrick Kelley here with Off Chute Too had mentioned that your organization might be interested in hosting some clinics in the future.
