Member Reflection

The classic The Power of Positive Thinking was first published in October 1952 by Norman Vincent Peale, a renowned public speaker and advocate for healthier living, joy and better lives.

Self-visualization of goals and self-confidence are keys to a more rewarding life. Visualization clarifies what we want; self-confidence builds courage.

Social connections are powerful building blocks for hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Creativity is another important ingredient in the recipe for a more rewarding life.

I believe the vast majority of people want to become MVPs. No, not award-wining sports stars, but those with lives of meaning, value and purpose.

Pittsburgh PrimeTimers—especially Jeff, John and other leaders—have added laughter, joy and friendships to my life. As I make better connections, I can confidently say the group will be a positive transformational experience for me.

Get active and see great results!

Blessings,

Tommy C.
